●The following permanent tooth has grown without milk teeth falling out.
There are many phenomena especially to the milk central incisors of the lower jaw.
Since children eat more soft food recently, natural omission is not carried out easily.
Generally when a milk tooth is present and a permanent tooth is growing, the permanent tooth comes out gradually, the root of milk teeth dissolves, and instead will become short, and will totter and drop out.
Since there is merely a bud of a permanent tooth inside near the front tooth of the lower jaw, it grows from a tongue side, i.e., an inner side.
We recommend you have to the tooth pulled out immediately in a dental clinic.
In almost all cases, the following permanent tooth moves to a normal position automatically.
The permanent dentition is made U shape due to the power of the tongue from an inner side pushing out, and the lips and cheek pushing from outside to inside.
Moreover, when the space where a permanent tooth comes out is a little narrow, it is pushed out ahead by the tongue, please do not worry about it.
Although in some cases it may appear that 2 teeth should be removed, only the tooth in the exact same position as the new permanent tooth should be pulled.
In other cases additonal teeth may be pulled in order to foster the natural alignment.
