■Cavity
●Is it a cavity for genetic causes?
New tooth has cavity at first although it has just come out. This malformation consists of a channel in the tooth. This is called 'Dens invaginatus' or 'Dens in dente.' Invaginations occur occasinally in various teeth and various locations but predominantly in the premanent upper lateral incisor.
You can find black point on right upper lateral incisor. That is a cavity at first which has just come out If it will be passed, dental plaque will accumulate in the deep area of cavity. Therfore decay progress very quickly and severe. That area is near by pulp chamber, there is some possibility of that is necessary to treat pulp. When periodic check-up, you should treat early stage.
x-ray indicates invagination like an ants' nest which extend to apical of root.
It is difficult find out invagination in sight. It is necessary to detect it to use dental probe and take x-ray.
